English Version - Las Leyes del Presidente

Hey there! Seen this project was quite popular on its day, I decided it translating it to english a bit later, seeing as the site's main public are english-speakers.

I have planned to release the english version on December 7th. If you have seen this game before and you were interested but you couln't play it because you did not speak spanish, then I guess it's good news for everyone :D

I, however, cannot include that version in the same game. For same motive, both projects will have a link on the description to the other, so you can choose the one from the language you speak.

We'll see how it works out! I already got all the text bubbles ready. Only gotta implement them.
